Key Fee Details
Asset Management Fee: This fee covers all core services, including portfolio construction, ongoing monitoring, automatic rebalancing, and tax optimization.
Subscription Fee: For accounts under $100,000, this small annual fee covers administrative and operational costs. It is completely waived for accounts with a balance of $100,000 or more.
Indirect and Other Fees
Only Invested Funds are Charged: We only charge management fees on funds that are actively invested. We do not charge fees on funds held as cash while you are liquidating or funds that are currently on hold.
No Hidden Fees: Manzil Invest does not receive any portion of indirect fees associated with third-party investment products (like ETFs).
Management Expense Ratio (MER): Our model portfolios may include third-party Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), which charge their own fees (known as the MER). This fee is charged directly within the product itself and is not a fee Manzil Invest receives.
